Easy Apricot Chicken (a.k.a. Sweet n' sour chkn.)

 

Super easy and yummy.

6-8 breasts or thighs
1 18oz. jar apricot or apricot/pineapple jam
1 packet onion soup mix
8 oz. Russian dressing

*Mix and pour over chicken in a casserole dish. Bake @ 350 deg. for 1 hr. or 1 hr. 20 min. (diff. size pieces cook diff.). Serve with white or brown rice and veggies. Pour sauce from dish over rice! Yum!
