INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1 Lb. Button mushrooms, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms. Saute for 20-30 minutes, or until tender.
